Samsung bayar saman Apple 1.3 billion USD dengan syilling 5 cents ???
Samsung bayar saman Apple 1.3 billion USD dengan syilling 5 cents ( ataupun a nickle). Bukannya benci Apple..Hahahhaaha.
Tapi sebelum aku goole pun, aku dah tau berita ni fake. Berita palsu..
Apple adalah satu company yang innovative. Produk dia bagus dan bermutu . tetapi untuk claim all the patent yang being contested agak melampau.
Wokeh??

Photo: Dalam hati ada taman...wahhhh
Setelah kena teh tarik kat masjid tadi, rasa kurang mengantuk pulak.
Syabass. Berjaya juga dia terbitkan buku. Entry tu nanti aku buat. Just introduction k...
So, this time gambar bunga.
Berpisah dgn tuan dia ( kedai dia ) monyok aja. Kalau kita bawa balik rumah tu macam tak nak hidup ja..
Hahahahah...
So korang tau lah kan kenapa pokok segar kat nursery, tapi macam nak layu saja kat rumah.
Hahahaha
Anyway enjoy the pictures:
Still trying to digest this.
CHOOSING MALAYSIA: Their wealth allows them to leave
By Syed Azauddin, Kuala Lumpur
RITA Sim's article, "A lack of belonging sees them leaving our shores" (NST, Aug 9), is well-written and shows the psyche of Chinese Malaysians.
True, the "lack of belonging" of a Chinese Malaysian to Malaysia is because of the overwhelming sense of a minority group that feels "deprived" of equal opportunities in political, economic and social aspects, as compared with the majority Malays. But is such "dissatisfaction" or sense of "deprival" justified, or is the "lack of belonging" to Malaysia due to other reasons?
Sim mentioned that in her conversations with some Chinese Malaysians in Australia, they told her that they were settling in the continent because "they hoped that life in Australia would offer better prospects for their children".
The same thing happened about a century ago. The Chinese migrants who came to Malaya then perceived their needs would be better catered for in this country than in their native China, and most of them brought their families to settle here.
Granted that the Chinese immigrants to this country were hardworking, and because of this, they have created wealth for themselves.
Even today, Chinese Malaysians are dominant in business and commerce, controlling about 70 per cent of the economy.
The Chinese have concentrated themselves in urban areas.
The better facilities in urban areas attracted more Chinese from rural areas.
They are always a more transient lot than other ethnic groups, and the economics of a place seem a strong factor to attract or distract them from a location. The fact is, their wealth allows them this choice to move or not to move.
Australia, to all the peoples of the world, is a land of opportunity. It is a developed nation, and attracts thousands of immigrants, legal or otherwise.
It is, therefore, of no wonder that Chinese are also attracted to settle there.
It is no different from other developed nations, like Canada and the United States, which are also magnets to the Chinese Malaysians for the same reasons. With their wealth, Malaysian Chinese migrate to these countries with little hesitation.
Thus, in truth, one tends to believe that when these Malaysian Chinese emigrate to these countries they say they leave for "lack of belonging". Yet, it is more of an after-thought to justify their action, rather than their heartfelt truth.
One wonders why Sim said: "While many Chinese cannot imagine any other home than Malaysia, they can't help but feel that they are adrift in their land."
As it is, most private Malaysian corporations are owned and are predominantly staffed by Chinese.
The richest strata of Malaysian society is of Chinese descent. Most of the biggest houses in Malaysia are owned by the Chinese, and the prime residential areas of Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Ipoh are, again, predominantly populated by the Chinese.
The politics in Malaysia show ample evidence that Chinese Malaysians have much say, through the many Chinese-based political parties, in shaping government policies.
So why is it they are still feeling they are "still adrift in the land"?
What else do Chinese Malaysians want to feel less "adrift" in their own land?
Sim extended Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to include a "sense of belonging" to the larger community and the country, and added that the Chinese Malaysians "do not feel truly connected as Malaysians and still very much live in fear". Malaysians like me are perplexed why this is so.
Fear of what?
No other country, except Ma-laysia, has given the freedom for ethnic groups to operate their own schools.
The government has liberalised the education sector and foreign universities can establish branches in Malaysia easily.
Quite a number of Malaysians and foreigners have established private schools and colleges in Malaysia, which, in actuality, benefit the higher earning Chinese as these institutions charge high fees and are in urban areas.
In addition, the government gives the freedom to Malaysians who want to send their children to study in foreign lands.
The Chinese are not harassed by the authorities.
They are free to do anything legal, including remitting money to support their family or children living or studying overseas.
Perhaps I would do the same if I were the mother (as mentioned by Sim), to migrate to Australia once my two children (like the mother's) are studying in the country.
But it is unfair of her to talk negatively that she did not have anything binding her to Malaysia.
Sim was simply wrong when she concluded from this that, "what she (the mother) wants is for her family and children to be a part of a community, to have their achievements acknowledged and to be respected by others".
Indeed, it is true for Sim to say that the 1Malaysia People's Aid and the 1Malaysia People's Shops "did not gain much traction" among the Chinese.
The Chinese are in the income group far higher than those who feel these programmes are blessings to them.
There are many Malaysians who feel that Chinese Malaysians seem unable to grasp the reality of politics in Malaysia.
The ruling political party since independence has been a coalition of parties of the various ethnic groups. It has issued policies based on compromises.
Perhaps the separate education "route" (vernacular schools, private schools, foreign universities) Chinese Malaysians tend to go through, away from the masses in Malaysia, is the reason why "they are adrift in their own land".
Chinese Malaysians who wish to migrate and see a "better future for their children" in their adopted country are free to do so.
However, please do not say that you are not "recognised or respected" when you were in Malaysia.
Malaysians who prefer to live here, with all its warts and woes, really hope you will find what you are looking for in your newly-adopted country.

Carnavalesca, Bossa Nova dan Brazuca. Mana satu pilihan anda?
Mana satu yang dirasakan sesuai.??
Memang unik nama nya.
Brazuca. - bahasa slanga pribumi Brazil
Nak vote KLIK Banner

Dipetik:
Adidas unveils potential names for Brazil World Cup ball.
SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Adidas has announced the short list of potential names for the 2014 World Cup ball and are asking fans to vote for their preferred candidate of quintessential Brazilian choices.
The three names are Portuguese words and all are feminine, conforming to the Brazilian stereotype of the ball as a woman, to be caressed and cared for.
One of the finalists is Carnavalesca, a word describing someone who plans or participates in the country’s raucous carnival celebrations.
Another is Bossa Nova, a reference to the famous samba-jazz music genre popularised in Rio de Janeiro in the late 1950s and 1960s.
Finally Brazuca, which is a playful slang word for native Brazilians that Adidas said summed up the country’s irreverence.
The sporting goods firm, a World Cup sponsor, is giving fans the chance to vote for one of the options on its Brazilian Web page at http://www.adidas.com.br/nome-da-bola-2014/.
The concept of naming the World Cup ball began in Mexico in 1970 with the Telstar. Among the more memorable balls in the years since were the Tango in Argentina in 1978, the Azteca in Mexico in 1986 and the Jabulani in South Africa in 2010.
Romario, the 1994 World Cup winner turned Congressman who has previously criticised Brazil’s preparations, expressed surprise at the absence of Gorduchinha, a word that means little chubby.
Adidas said voting closes on September 2 .

Mana lagi best....?
Aku pun sama... Aku on ja laptop, pastu suruh dia layan. Aku pun keluar siram pokok.
Habis saja aku tengok mata dia bergenang. sebak juga dia tengok iklan ni.
Aku pun sedih juga. Almaklumlah terkenang emak aku yang tiada.
Pastu aku suruh layan iklan Petronas. Strangers. Huh, memang stranger pun aku rasa.
Ok... ni cerita iklan lah.. Yang pertama iklan Bernas. Iklan yang mengesankan. Ok ok, cerita usang jugak kan. Ramai dah tengok.
Bukan sahaja untuk org Melayu dan Islam tetapi for all, kerana ianya lebih "inward looking or soul-searching".
Istimewanya Petronas kerana ianya berjaya memupuk rasa bangga atas kejayaan mereka dan kesanggupan anak-anak muda Malaysia berbakti......
Apapun pilihan aku ialah Iklan Raya Bernas...
Untuk tatapan, kalau yang belum lihat:
.. Iklan Bernas
Dan Petronas...

Cool ok....
“LIFE IS TOO SHORT.” Jangan pendekkan lagi usia dengan kemalangan.
Enjoy lah apa dipersekitaran anda. Penat berjalan berhenti melepaskan lelah. Kereta pun perlu di sejukkan enjin juga. Pinggang pun sakit kena streching jugak.
"Pelan pelan kayuh, kata orang";Nanti sampai jugakk..
InsyaAllah sampai dengan selamat. Kalau nak berasak-asak, cucuk sana sini. Tukar lane sana sini, bikin tension saja..
Cool ok . Layan je anak anak dalam kereta. Borak borak dan gaduh gaduh dengan diorang.
Berenti makan kalau drive malam malam. Pekena kopi secawan dua.
Bak kata iklan : “Mai secawaennnnn””
Jangan dilayan. TAKE YOUR TIME. Rilek sudah. Kampung ada kat situ la jugak. Kita tu kalau kelam kabut tak tentu boleh sampai. Bukan nya ada emergency pun kat kampung. Ok.
Suasana ceria nak balik kampung. Sesak macam mana pun tak terasa sangat. Jadi nak kalut tu kenapa. Lagi cantik sampai saja dekat nak berbuka. Ala kalau miss pun pergi la makan kat tempat yg selalu dok pi makan zaman duduk kampung.
Nasihat aku …cool ok. Memang dah macam tu. Tension pun tak guna.
Selamat balik kampung minggu depan!!! Pandu selamat ok . Dah check kereta????
KLCC.... coooool. MAcam nak hujan..

3 cerita: Antaranya, Discount sees spike in sales of Samsung Galaxy S3
The is a simple tools invented right?, it is call shaver....
The story:
1.
Woman has blisters on private parts after hair removal sessions
KUALA LUMPUR: The 39-year-old ended up having blisters, redness and swelling on her private parts and now has difficulty walking, sleeping and urinating.
“The centre told me they had carried out the treatment many times, including on models,” said the woman, who only wanted to be known as Miss Lee, at a press conference here yesterday.
“I don't know how it went wrong. They have to be responsible for what they have done.”
Lee, 39, said she paid RM3,500 for two years of Nano Light Hair Removal treatment on her private parts at a beauty centre here in January.
The initial sessions went well, Lee said, but on July 22, after about five to six sessions, a new therapist took over and told her the previous sessions had been done incorrectly. She then increased the intensity of the treatment.
“I felt sharp pain during the treatment. When I complained, the therapist told me it could be cured by applying ice cubes,” Lee said, adding that that made it worse.
She said an examination by a skin specialist showed she had suffered second degree burns on her private parts and treatment would cost around RM35,000 to RM55,000, with no guaranteed chance of recovery.
Lee said the therapist had later apologised and the centre offered her compensation of the sum she paid, although she had not accepted it, preferring instead to bring her case to light.
Lee later lodged a complaint with the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department.
Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong said they would be consulting lawyers on the matter.
He also said he would take the case up to the Health Ministry, which he hoped would issue strict guidelines for cosmetic centres.
The music:
2. This is funny... Ok ok tonton aksi kuda dia saja , 'kuda" lain ignore ok.
ITs gone viral... kreatif juga K-pop. Now I know y my daughters like their music..
An eccentric South Korean K-pop singer has become a global online hit after a video of his latest song was viewed more than 18 million times on YouTube. Park Jae-Sang, 34, better known by his stage name “Psy”, is riding high in the charts inside and outside Korea with Gangnam Style, the title track of his sixth album.
The video featuring Psy performing the so-called “horse dance” -- similar to riding a horse -- has gone viral and pop stars overseas have tweeted and commented on the wacky performance. To watch the video, go here
3. oh,, i forgot the third one...
Haaa..this one!!!Bagus LCW ni,, macam-macam dapat..
Discount sees spike in sales of Samsung Galaxy S3
KUALA LUMPUR: Ever since he first heard about it in January, management executive Faizuan Ali had been waiting to get his hands on the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Which was why he described Samsung’s one-day-only 10% discount on the smartphone yesterday as “the perfect opportunity” for him.
“I found this a good chance to buy the phone as I saved about RM200,” said Faizuan, 25, when met at the Samsung Elite Partner store in Low Yat Plaza here.
Brisk sales: Customers taking advantage of the discount on the Galaxy S3 at a Samsung store in Midvalley Megamall.
Samsung Malaysia Electronics had said that the discount was to celebrate Datuk Lee Chong Wei’s inspiring sportsmanship.
Lee won the silver medal at the badminton men’s singles at the London Olympics.

Kecewakah? Jangan sesekali...
Memang satu epik final.
Terkilan aku, lagi terkilan dia… He not deserve to lost…
Kita hanya mampu tengok dan sokong…
Kecewa kita, kecewa lagi dia….
Sekalahnya LCW, aku tutup berita radio ketika mendengar radio dalam kereta, sampai pagi ni , tak mau dengar cerita yang sama.
Tak sampai hati nak tengok muka belakang paper hari ni,, rupa2 kat muka depan keluar cerita dia.
Aku kena belajar terima hakikat.
Tetapi kena tetap usaha…. You are closer than u think!!!
Semalam sewaktu aku kemas-kemas rumah, lalu seorang jiran berbangsa India ingatkan aku: “Bro, malam ni LCW lawan…”
LCW, kinda uniting factor...
Arghh…Cukup- cukup sudah cerita badminton….
Update: Apalah si Manoharan dok merepek tuh.. YB macam tu ker? Hampes
Cheer up..

RATIM???
Kebetulan aku tertonton berita RTM. Entah kenapa lama sangat aku yang patriotik ni ( cewah..) tak tengok RTM. Kalau remote TV tu no 1 dan 2 elok lagi. Tak kelabu pun. Tapi remote Astro tu no 1 dah pudar sbb dok tekan 811 la, 611 la..
“Olympik: Lee Chong Wei menang bergaya…”
Aku pun tunggu sampai habis berita.
Yelah! Games yang 3 set tu lah yang dimaksudkan! BREGAYAKAH???
Uik. Terganggu sekejap aku.
Jadi bengong jap.
Menang 3 set, menang bergaya????Walawehhh!! Biar betul????
Mimpi ngeri aku,.
…mau tak ngeri , sampai kena tulis blog pasal ni.
Aku memang tak paham sesangat.. Tu yang aku rasa RTM dah jadi RaT1M.
RaT1M… ??? yelah amik berkat nombor 1 tu. Semua 1 sahaja sekarang ni.
Tapi kata Najwa Latif.”kosong kosong oooo”””
Antara 1 dan kosong Najwa latif, Najwa wins hands-down.
Balik kepada RaT1M… … Tu lah bila aku membebel kat blog ,mulalah aku kait sana sini..
Tu yang malas tu.
Tapi kalau tak cerita camnilah jadinya.
“Menang tiga set menang bergaya???
Jahannam jadinya.
RaT1M??
Dengan Logo yang tak logo..(Cannot go, cannot go…)
Sorry Lurvy, that lirik for you)
Agak2 lah korang Mat Kilau , Tok Bahaman, Tok Janggut waima Mat Indera marah tak dengan polemik Merdeka tahun ni??
Korang pikir la
p.s Anyway RaT1M tu trade mark aku…hahahahha…boleh claim trademark dak…?? ( eh eh tak nak la)
