Naik ke gym lagi sekali.... paling kerap dalam seminggu ..



Semalam masa lunch pergi gym...Paksa diri pergi... Hit treadmill for 3 km...Macam nak pecah dada..then layan badminton satu set.. shower ,segar je badan..






Today tak jadi pergi lunch...decided to go to the gym lagi... Suppose ada lunch today tetapi sbb tak mengizinkan better buat sesuatu yang bermanafaat utk kesihatan..cewahhh..


Paling kerap la,, kalau dah dua kali...sebab sebulan sekali ke gym lately pun susah... layannnnn






Ok syahir jum repeat badminton......!!!!

  3. Tak penah gi gym...beskal kayuh tu dh ader kt umah...cuma mungkin seat dia dh berabuk sikit la kot...hehehe
